I normally go to Market Basket quite often. My last trip in the Nelson Street store was a very bad experience. While waiting in line to purchase groceries, one of their employees invaded my personal space and then pushed passed me. She physically moved my body and did not say a word to me. Not pardon me I need to get by, not excuse me I need to pass. I was treated like I didn't matter. I have reported the incident and I have found out that management is 100% ok with having an employee that treats their customers in this manner continue their employment at their store. I prefer to spend my money at stores where I am not treated with such disrespect. Market Basket you have lost a customer and the public deserves to know the quality of employee that you choose to keep around even after they have disrespected the people that make or break your business.

Very dissatisfying the Boudin was sour it seems like it was out all day from the day before and they put it out the next day had a stomach bug for 24 hours. Please check your boudin in and smell it when buying. And I went up there to the store when I got well me and my husband and told them what issue we had and they blamed it on us asking us. How long did we keep it out? We literally ate it soon as we got in the car from buying it The manager is here are rude, so unprofessional and un knowledgeable about food I will not be eating the Boudin here again it’s not what it seems to be trust me . in the customer service suck not enough people working there if it’s a busy store on the weekends then you would think that we have enough people working around and not walking around on the phones

Okay, haven't been here in years, but made a quick stop on our way to Texas. Purchased the smoked turkey sausage and a few smoked boudin links. I only got 3 links. Wow, do I regret that. This is by far the best smoked boudin I have had in Louisiana, like seriously, I was mad I had to share. True story, it was good! The lady who wrapped it up for me was friendly and the store is clean. This will be a mandatory stop for us in the future when visiting family in Louisiana.

Always happy to be home...no place has better smoked boudin or a variety. Also has a great meat selection.
